DESCRIPTION:The highly anticipated Grace Christian Academy 4th Annual Hog Roast Dinner & Auction ( https://gracechristianace.org/hog-roast-auction/ ) is hosted by our Parent & Teacher Fellowship organization and is our major fundraising event to help cover the cost for many necessary school operations and equipment. Thanks to the support of the community, items that would otherwise be impossible to obtain without a substantial increase in tuition, can be made available to our school and students. Many businesses in our area have faithfully supported this effort by donating items for our auctions. We couldn’t do it without them. And all who attend and bid are essential to the event’s success!\nWe invite you to kindly participate with Grace Christian Academy by considering a generous donation of cash, new merchandise, or gift certificates that could be sold at the live or silent auction(s). All businesses who choose to participate will be recognized at the event, which will be attended by at least 300 people. Businesses who participate will receive a letter of appreciation for the donation given. To qualify for tax-exempt status, the organization must meet the following requirements (covered in greater detail throughout this publication): 1) the organization must be organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, scientific or other charitable purposes; 2) net earnings may not inure to the benefit of any private individual or shareholder; 3) no substantial part of its activity may be attempting to influence legislation; 4) the organization may not intervene in political campaigns; and 5) the organization’s purposes and activities may not be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.\nGrace Christian Academy’s Administration is currently in the process of applying for the 501(c)(3) Pre-Determination Tax Exempt Letter.\n
